- What type of Irish Dance Dresses can you make?
We can make any dress or outfit you would like us to make.
- How do I order an Irish Dance Dress?
Simply click here to go to our
Custom Order Doll Clothes Request Form. Fill in as much of the form as possible and include a picture
of the front of the dress or outfit. When we receive your request, we will contact you to discuss the
details of the order, and explain what other information we will need from you. (If you do not want to use the
form, please feel free to email or call us).
- What is the general cost of the dress?
It depends. Our prices are based on a lot of information, including the type of fabric used for the dress, the
designs on the dress and the amount of time it will take to complete the dress. Our prices generally range from
$50.00 to $100.00. However, it may very well be more or less, depending on the specifics of the order. Please
contact us for more information about the cost of the dress.
- How long will it take to complete the dress?
This will depend on the amount of orders we have at the time of receiving your request. We complete orders based on
a two variables: (1)When the order is received and (2)the requested date of arrival. We strongly suggest your order
your dress early as we do not guarantee a date or arrival. However, we will do our very best to meet all of
your requests.
- When do I have to pay for my dress?
For all dresses under $50.00, we require full payment at the time of the order. For dresses over $50.00,
we require atleast a payment of 50% at the time of the order (which occurs after finalizing the details for the dress) and
the remainder will be due prior to the shipment of the dress. Dresses cannot be shipped until full payment is
received. Because of this, it is important that you make the final payment as soon as possible.
- Can I make a full payment at the time the order is made?
Yes! Full payment is recommended to ensure that dresses are shipped and received on time.
- After ordering the dress, is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order at anytime. However, we do charge up to a $25.00 restocking fee for orders cancelled
after processing is complete. Please

- After ordering the dress, is it possible to change my order?
It depends. If you want to change minor details, we can change them as long as that portion of the dress has not
been completed. Major changes can also be made prior to the processing of the dress. Any changes that cannot be
accomodated for the current dress would either be denied or would require the order to be cancelled and another
dress being made. This will result in a restocking fee of up to $25.00 and the reordering of the dress. Please
call us immediately at (866) GO DOLLS [(866) 463-6557] immediately should changes be needed.
- Will the dress be exactly the same as in the picture?
The dress will be as close as possible to the picture. Remember, our dresses are handmade and slight differences
and minor imperfections are to be expected.
- When I receive my dress, if I am not happy, can I return it?
We realize that you will be spending a lot of money on your order and that you might be a little nervous about
ordering a dress. Because of this, we do have a return policy. Remember, our dresses are handmade and slight
differences and minor imperfections are to be expected. Should you wish to return an item, please
contact us within ten days of receiving your dress so we can discuss it. Thank you.
- What type of shipping will you use to ship the dress?
We normally ship our dresses USPS Priority Mail. Other shipping options are available. Please let us know should
you want to use a different or expedited shipping service.
- Can I order a doll to be shipped with the dress?
Currently, we do not sell dolls at A Doll's Life - by Jennifer -. We can, however, order a doll for you and ship
her to you with the Irish Dance Dress on the doll. We offer this as a service to our customers and do not make
a profit when charging you for the doll. Should you want to take advantage of this service, please note so in the
comments section of the form and contact us upon ordering the doll. Unfortunately, if a doll is included with
your order, we will be unable to cancel the order upon receiving it.
