This is a great outfit for Halloween! The dress is made of satin with a contrasting sparkle organza gathered overskirt.
There is contrastinng ribbon trim on the sleeves and the bottom edge of the skirt, and a matching bow at the center of the neckline.
The cape is made of two contrasting colors of satin. It has a high collar and closes in the front with a ribbon bow.
The hat is also made of satin and has a contrasting ribbon around the base of the cone.
Also included are a broom, a cauldron "candy" bucket, and mathcing witch shoes. The shoes are made of felt
and have handmade plastic crystal buckles made to match the ribbon on the dress.
