Payment Options
For your convenience we offer several payment options.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover on our website through an SSL Secured Server.
This is our primary and preferred payment option.
- Paypal is our secondary payment option. Through Paypal you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Paypal is the secure and fast way to send your payment.
- We also accept checks. You will enter the information for the check on our website via an SSL Secured Server.
After entering the information on the check and confirming the order, you will need to mail the check to us at the
address below. Shipment cannot be made until your check has been received and cleared.
- We also accept Money Orders. When checking out, you will need to input the amount of the money order and the
date it will be mailed. Please mail money orders to the address stated below. Again, shipment
cannot be made until the money order has been received and cleared.

Cancelled Orders
At times, we realize it is necessary to cancel an order. Cancelled orders without money paid will be cancelled
as our orders cannot be processed without money being paid. Cancelled orders in which payment has been received
will be handled in the following manner:
- Non-processed orders
- Orders that have not been fully processed can be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
- Orders are normally processed within three days of being paid. If you need to cancel your order,
please contact us as soon as possible.
- Processed orders
- Orders that have already been processed (normally three days after payment is received) are in the
process of being completed. Because of this, there is a restocking fee of up to $25.00, based on the
amount of the order.

Although returns are seldom needed, we do accept them. Since these items are handmade minor imperfections
should be expected. If you wish to return your item please contact us within ten days so we can discuss it:

The products appearing on this website represent completed hand made designs that are unique to the artisans. They
are displayed to demonstrate the quality, creativity, and previous requests for individual hand sewn products. Each
design is completed by a professional artisan and is not readily duplicated exactly. Any similarity to any
copyrighted product is unintentional and should be brought to the attention of "A Dolls Life - by Jennifer"
immediately. Due to each product being handmade the probability of infringement on a copyrighted design is
improbable, but if in fact occurs is unintentional. Upon investigation and confirmation that a design has been
infringed upon, it will be removed from this website.
